ABOUT ME

From doing lashes in my living room, to being fully booked behind the lash bed, to opening and scaling my own salon, building an academy, launching an online shop, and stepping into international education, I’ve experienced every stage of growth inside the lash industry.

I’ve worked long days, I’ve underpriced myself,
I’ve overworked. I’ve also hired too fast, let go too late and learned how to lead properly.
I’ve refined systems that didn’t work and rebuilt them stronger.

I understand this business from the inside - not just the creative side, but the operational, financial and strategic side.

Over the years, mentoring lash artists at different stages, I’ve developed a sharp ability to quickly spot what isn’t aligned. Sometimes it’s pricing that no longer reflects your level. Sometimes it’s positioning that feels unclear. Sometimes it’s structure, systems, boundaries, or simply a lack of strategic direction.

And most of the time, the problem isn’t talent.

What this session offers instead is one focused, strategic hour where we look at your business honestly and objectively, exactly as it stands today. ➤ I’ll confirm availability and once everything is agreed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link so the process is clear and organised from the very beginning.
